“at the recently refurbished Einsatzleitung, we show a selection of works by dutch conceptual artist and four-time documenta participant Stanley Brouwn. covering a time span from 1974 to 2012, the pieces address – as do all of the artist’s works – measurements and size ratios. the exhibition was arranged in close collaboration with Stanley, who does never appear in public personally. Accompanying the show, artist books and cards, as well as invitations and posters connected to single projects will be open to the public. Stanley Brouwn considers them to be independent works. Stanley has designed an invitation card with the proportions of 1/2 brouwnfuss × 1/10 m and a poster measuring 1 brouwnfuss × 1/5 m on the occasion of the exhibition, too.” Axel Haubrok
