"De «Aktions Analysis» is oorspronkelijk gebaseerd op de theoriëen van Wilhelm Reich over het menselijk lichaam als harnas. In de laatste jaren heeft de AA verschillende ontwikkelingafases doorgemaakt: het doorbreken van het lichaamstaboe, het verwerken van complexen uit een repressieve jeugd, de herbeleving van het Oedipus-konflikt en het doorbreken van de oudersfixatie. Het hoogtepunt wordt bereikt door de vrije en openlijke beleving van deze ervaringen. Deze fase van de «Aktions Analysis» is de «Selbstdarstellung»".
