“Alighiero amava le mani. Attribuiva alle mani molte virtù, segreti e conoscenza… Era affascinato dai mancini (io sono mancina!) e usava sempre le due mani, specificando che una scrive e l’altra disegna. Nell’opera san Berbardino ha una mano aperta e una chiusa. Quella che dona e quella che conserva. “Quella che fa una carezza e quella che da un pugno”, mi disse teneramente...“. (Agata Boetti)
