"...«Circuito chiuso-aperto» intende documentare, attraverso il mezzo tecnico del «videoregistratore», una serie di «comportamenti» artistici il cui livello espressivo-visivo è dato dalla interna dimensione del «circuito» che li trasmette in atto. Come viene posto in questa rassegna, il valore della video-registrazione consiste nel presentare (senza ricorrere alla trascrizione o riduzione di opere filmate ormai compiute) l'improvvisazione intesa come esperienza artistica che trascorre sul video"...
