This book is part of the third project of FOUR BY THREE, a series of four exhibitions and concurrent artist' residencies in 1980-1981, jointly sponsored by the Albright-Knox Art Gallery, CEPA Gallery and the Hallwalls, all of Buffalo, New York. The book begins with clipped film stills, cropped into triangles, the 'Three Sided Tales' and leading further into the book, the photographs are cropped to 'Seven Sided Tales'
