Ordinary cultural phenomena and playfully shallow lightness plunge unexpectedly into a bottomless pit, into the realm of the enigmatic, into eerie depths; the 'common' world appears ghostly and the self-evident takes on demonic characteristics. General Idea are well-coor-dinated walkers of the tightrope between existential interior values and materialized external worlds.
