Pencil annotations and a number in ink on the verso. Prospect 68, curated by Konrad Fischer and Hans Strelow, was conceived as an international survey of the most advanced galleries and artists of the period, bringing together key figures of the emerging conceptual, minimal and post-minimal scenes. Buren participated through Galleria Apollinaire, covering two adjoining walls with white and green striped paper. The following year, for Prospect 69, Buren repeated the intervention in the same location, replacing the green and white stripes with blue and white ones.
