This congress took place in Brussels, at «La Cambre», on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of July 1973. Came ti Brussels Carl Andre, Art & Language, Marcel Broodthaers, Daniel Buren, Cadere, Hans Haacke, Sol LeWitt, Niece Toroni, Lawrence Weiner.” / “Carl Andre, John Baldessari, Robert Barry, Marcel Broodthaers, Victor Burgin, Ian Burn, Mel Ramsden, Cadere, Dan Graham, Douglas Huebler, Joseph Kosuth, Sol LeWitt, Robert Ryman, Joost A. Romeu, Lawrence Weiner, Ian Wilson sent texts or works, which we exhibited in Deurle, at the museum Dhondt-Dhaenens, from 11/7/73 to 12/8/73 and which we publish here, in as much as it is possible”.
